This is another story from my past, and slightly relates to the post bout William Burroughs. I had about 1000 of these cards printed and used to send them out with just the address of the recipient written neatly on the back. I used to send them to people I didnt know..
I sent quite a few to J.G.Ballard… and to Kathy Acker… I think it was my way of having a one way communication with people I had a literary crush on! All a bit strange in retrospect! Oh dear, Im just remembering, I sent one every two weeks for nearly a year to an address I had for Kraftwerk !
Actually, I might just get some new ones printed…

Lektrogirl added these pithy words on Oct 16 09 at 2:42 amI might get cards made to send to men to invite them for a date specifying the venue but no date and time. And with no return address. because my love life is so miserable and depressing it will pleasure me to at least be able to say “someone thinks im mysterious and elusive” and not a prickly caustic monster.
