this is an old clip i recently unearthed on a dusty video tape.. it was a performance by the William Fairey Band at the Queen Elizabeth Hall on London’s Southbank on 19th April 1977. My friend Jeremy Deller had arranged it, and it was called Acid Brass. I just filmed the gig from the audience, and later put the footage through my old Fairlight CVI to give it the feel of those clunky visuals you used to see at raves and clubs.
